Over a decade ago, I made the choice to focus on my mind, body, and spirit. I didn’t realize then that God was planting the foundation for what would become The Mimi Glow. Through faith, I learned to trust His timing and live fearless. Through wellness, I found healing in life’s hardest seasons. Through movement, I discovered strength — softer, yet more powerful.
The Mimi Glow is built on that same foundation:

Hi, I’m Mimi — Chief Empowerment Officer and founder of The Mimi Glow.
I’ve walked through seasons of fear, challenge, and resilience, and through it all I’ve learned that everything we need is already within us. My mission is to help women step into their glow by aligning faith, wellness, and movement in a way that feels empowering, sustainable, and rooted in grace.
I created The Mimi Glow as a sanctuary — a space where women can reset, restore, and rise into who God created them to be.
